Total Care Transport - Safety
Highly skilled drivers trained in specialised care.

Every applicant undergoes an intensive interview process to assess their suitability to transport people with disabilities.
Drivers must be licensed taxi drivers who have gained relevant government accreditation to drive disability transport vehicles.
They then undertake a comprehensive four-week driving course and manual handling training.
They are only accepted if they possess good communication skills, including the ability to communicate with deaf and blind people.
Drivers also receive other training relevant to working in the disability field, such as epilepsy training.
